Defamation case and notice to company

1> Hi Team, how do we file defamation?
2> I want to inform a company about the behavior of its employees who are sending abusive messages on WhatsApp continuously. How do I proceed on this. All these are least bothered when i called them and informed them that i will reach out to police.

A.You have to file a defamation suit before the learned court of district judge in your local jurisdiction against the said company.. you need to send a legal notice to the company through an advocate in a proper legal way for which you need to consult an advocate with all the relevant documents.
