i have changed my name for astrologcal issue through 1st class magistrate affidavit,News paper add and gazzate publication...how can i change my name in madhyamik certificates???

A.Process can't change your name on the certificate but its similar can be done, legally.

A.How come???? You may try your chance by filing a writ petition in the high court. If it works, your case will be a precedent for many other candidates to follow.
