Complaint Against Money lender Complaint Against Money lender

Dear Concern,
I from Uttar Pradesh I had taken a loan from one of my known person of 2 Lac Rs at March 2017 with 4% rate of interest. He is not authorized money lender and they belong to a Police family. Father, daugther & Brother are in police service. They are distributing money and taking huge interest on it. apox 50%-60% in a year.
From March 2017 to March 2022 every month I am paying a 8000/- Rs as an interest. Till now I had paid 4.8 Lac Rs as an interest. This money lender abuse me if any month I got delay in making payment and also threatening me that they will come to my place and make noise in front of my neighbors etc but now my financial condition running little bad. So I have decided not to pay any further amount to him.
So I just want to know in that case how can I come out should I take help of police to make complaint against him as he is not registered money lender and I had paid more than which I had taken. I had complete bank statement which is showing whenever I had made the payment to him.. There is no agreement, no cheque nothing has been given as security. Money also taken as cash and paid online each month.
Eagerly awaiting for your reply Thank You

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts which have provided, if you have the proof regarding when you took the loan and till now you have paid how much amount to the lender then you can consult an Advocate in this case and by showing him/her the documents required, you can file a suit against that person.

Hope this clarifies your doubt and requirement.

Thank you.
