Sir, We live in a Telangan Housing Board buildings. Our is ground floor and another neighbor lives in 1st floor. We have a common open space around our house which is government land. Our, neigbor who lives in the 1st floor wants to construct parking space but we objected for it. My question is will my neighbour try to construct it legally?

You may immediately approach Civil Court and get injunction order restraining him from putting any illegal constructions. Better to collect affidavit evidences of neighbors who have seen such illegal attempts and also take photographs and get appropriate orders from the Court.
