RCA which has been filled against our E P IS draging for 2015to till 2018 reason is listed as records awaited . what can we do to make the case move

we own a shop which has been given for rent for a rice merchant .he is dening to vacate so we filed a rcop petition before 8 yrs and judgement received in 2014 to vacate and hand over to us. so eviction petition has been filed by us in court.the respondent made a petition to set aside the order and filed a R C A petition rent control appeal, Its a appeal prayed to hear the case once again for the beginning. thank you sir for replay
