Property was purchased by my Grand Father and Mother by their joint funds, and they gifted me entire property through registered Gift Deed, they published about the same in national level News paper also and my Grand Mother (who was the owner and who executed the Gift Deed) has given statement in Court also.

His Grounds/Facts and Evidences :
(i) He is claiming that property was purchased with Joint funds of all Sons but they he has not submitted any proof of such transactions.
(ii) He has submitted only a PHOTOCOPIES of Travel Bills & Medical Treatment Bills which He had spent on My Grand Mother and Grand Father, just to prove that they were taking care of them/their needs.
(iii) Now as my Grand mother/father are no more they wants to include Legal Heirs also.

Please guide on above matter and suggest my chances.

A.Once a gift always a gift. There is no need to worry. You have proper and better registered gift deed so you are absolute owner.Their case will not be stand for long.

A.if the property was in the name of the grandfather and mother and both has gifted such property to you in that case despite their sons paid for the property still they are not entitled to share in such gifted property. As it is a self acquired property and the owners of such property has full right to dispose off such property as per their choice.
