Dear sir
Our land worngly enchorch by layout out of 37000 only 3700 land was in site on there 4 ways for layout
We are having 28 documentary proof of doc
In our land 3700 one temple and house is there
Revise layout cancellation request pending at mantrayalaya
Is this correct ways or high court pls suggest

A.Dear Sir,
You may file suit for possession of encroached area and before that get survey about the encroached area and put exact area which has to be recovered.

You need to reach out to the local authorities along with the police to lodge a complain on encroachment. If they provide you the needed relief then its fine or else you can move the Hon'ble High Court against it.
