Non payment of dues for my ticket by my company to travel agent.

I had traveled abroad for a company in 2019 they had booked my ticket through their travel agent. I have no contract with the company nor do I work for them I accompanied the directors for evaluation of a project. Now the company did not settle the dues pending towards the travel agency for the tickets and the travel agent has contacted me for paying the due amount. He has told me that if the company does not pay I should personally pay the due amount and get it reimbursed from the company otherwise he can file a case against myself for non payment of ticket cost also he is charging the interest from me. I no longer have any connection with the company nor have I ever promised the travel agent any payment neither did I communicate with him to book tickets. What should I do kindly advise
As per the facts which have been provided, if you have not booked the tickets then the travel agent cannot ask you to pay for it. The company should be liable to pay for the tickets.

If the agent was not directed and instructed by you to book the tickets then you have no liability towards it/him to pay the charges. Legally he cannot seek the money from you and he has to do that with the company.

Also I have been threatened that he will block my passport and blacklist it through court. Is it possible?
Get issue a legal notice to the Company and the travel agent to clarify the situation and the company have pay settle the dues otherwise court will decree the suit against it and not against you.
