BF refusing to marry
we were in a long distance love relation ship from 10 years. He promised me about marriage and we had intimate moments. He made me wait for 10 tears as his brother is not married. I have thousands of msgs he sent me and i have pics that we both took. Now he is refusing to marry me as his parents are against it. Iam emotionally drained and suffering from depression and suicidal tendancy for the way he is treating me. I cannot imagine my life without him. Can i take any legal action so that he agrees to marry me.Please help.

A.Dear Client,
If your consent was obtained on the basis of false promise for marriage then it would be considered that he had committed rape on her and will be charged under Section 375 of the Indian Penal Code and the punishment can be given to him under Section 376 of IPC.

A.Dear Client
This matters are more related to emotions rather than being legal. You try to convince him to marry you else you can take certain legal actions against him but those actions will not result him marrying you.
