Dhani - I didn't create any dhani account or took loan

I didn't create any dhani account or took loan from it. But I doubt somebody has misused my PAN DETAILS to avail one dhani freedom card and loan of maybe 985 from that account some 5 month ago. Now it's due is 5986 or something, it's showing in my credit score. My credit score is no more high. They're sending legal notices through sms everyday. Calling on my number for 10 times a day. What should be done to resolve this issue?
