Dual Employment - both the company get to know the dual employment

Is there any way both the company get to know the dual employment of the employee if other company not deducting PF other than this?
If there is any relation between the both companies then they might find it out or if someone files a complaint against you in any one of them.
Unless both companies known to each other or somebody lodge complaint then only both the companies knows that employee is working in both the companies.

Sir, Both the company not know to each other coz business model is different and one in India and other company is in different country not opened their office in India yet. Job timings are different as per IST and EST but job role or nature of job is same. Both companies mentioned clause in the contract that employee shouldn’t be involved with any other assignment. Can someone still work for both the companies without telling each other about the employment in both the companies. Though timings are different but if inform you both the companies that want to work for both of them they won’t allow.
Accountant in a production house
Not paid the April month salary
Salary deduction for not serving notice period
Less Full and final settlement
Already Served 10 Days Out Of 15 Days Notice Period, But Have Still Not Got LWD.
