Respected Sir/Madam, hope you are in the best of health!.My domestic violence case is,pending in the lower court Kolkata for last 7 years, due to high profile mal practice so called lawyers doing circus with my case. I am not getting justice for me and my minor daughter, so Now the case is in the evidence stage. So I would like to know how can I fight my case in person. Kindly help in this regards. Thank you
A.Dear Client
You can represent yourself in the case but the only problem will be that you might have to struggle with the technicalities and the court proceedings. You can give it a try or else you can change your lawyer with a better one.

A.Dear Client,
Yes. You have the right to fight your own cases without engaging any advocate. It is not necessary that you must engage an advocate to fight your case in a court. A party in person is allowed to fight his own case in the court.
