civil- a case of ex party status quo on my almost constructed house

a case of ex party status quo on my almost constructed house by h'able high court because the property was not divided in revenue records, however the possession is since long. due to long list of cases my case could not be heared by court. how do i get the justice as the delay is causing me huge financial and social loss .
