As per new 2019 amendments to MCS Act, is co-option allowed ? WIll managing Committee be the entity who will co-opt the member? What is the procedure in brief

As per the law Co-option is allowed but to know complete and detailed process of doing that you will have to get in touch with some local lawyer who has good understanding of the MCS Act and the procedure.
