Fake fir - Fake fir - One girl who have relationship with my husband

One girl (who is married to first husband got divorce )who have relationship with my husband brother put 498a case on my husband family except my husband name 9 month before .because we got married two year back we dnt talk to her. We know she is bad character..We live in other district past case is running .In first case my husband brother say i dnt live with her she is fraud case on pending its going..Last month she filed a fake fir on my husband he attack her in 323,324,294(b)in her home..On 10.3.22 time 7pm..That is purely fake ..Even we don't know that girls home.we are in other district we dnt even talk with her before....Distance between our district and her district is three hours travel..My husband working in railway at that date 10.3.22 he go for work eve 6.30pm only he came to our home how he attacked on 7 clk on other district police doesn't investigate anything ..7.30 to 9 pm we go to my mom home for dinner which is 3km from my home via scooty.Paka fake fir..My husband brother ask her in call why u put fake for on my brother she say came and live with me so only i put fake fir ..pakka fraud girl.i also a women i dnt see such a fraud girl who misuse law for her benifits.
Evidence which had is my husband attendance ,my mom written letter we go for dinner .And her call record..
Did i apply for quash means did i get quash..
