Land dispute - My father had buy a plot
My father had buy a plot in 1975 from a man after his father death.actual landlord of that plot was his father. In 2004 two daughters of that landlord sold the plot to another man. My question is that after 30 years of land sold, can a daughter claim the right?
A.Dear Client
In this case you need to take all the land papers and sale deed and meet up a lawyer to figure out whether the daughter can do so or not. In general is its an ancestral property then the daughters do have the right.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether your father had purchased the property by Registered Deed and thereafter whether he had recorded his name in the Record of Rights and took possession.

A.Dear Client,
You should try to get in touch with a local advocate and discuss about the limitation period.
