Extra farm land gone in National Highway Extra farm land gone in National Highway

i have a farm land which i inherited from my dad..It was a 1.08 hector farm. in 2001 national highway project was proposed and 0.02 land from was farm was taken for road construction. We received money for 0.02 hector land ..Now in as per 7/12 and other record such as award copy 1.06 hector is land is there. but now few days back I planned to sell the farm and for the same perpose i did private farm measurement and as per measurement 0.18hector land in gone in road and only 0.90hector land is actually present. please suggest what can be done?? will u get compensation for extra 0.16hector land ??if yes at what price rate? and what's the process???

A.Dear Client,

You have to file Civil case or go to High Court and claim compensation in respect of land acquired national high way authorities. You may be entitled for compensation which may be calculated on a market value prevailing as on the date of petition.

A.Dear Sir,

You have to file Civil case or go to High Court and claim compensation in respect of land acquired national high way authorities. You may be entitled for compensation which may be calculated on a market value prevailing as on the date of petition.
