Hi All,
Appreciate in advance.

My brother filed a case against landlord bcoz he hide the information that he has only 200 sq ft permission and other things due to which on completion constructing building from ground to top, BMC bulldozed it. hence my brother filed the 420 case against owner as he was not ready to return even deposit. police asked for bribe even for FIR but with multiple visit to district commissioner FIR got filed and chargesheer was submitted.

but post 1month the owner bribed the police officers and called my brother to policestation and asked my lawyer to stay out of the station then they wrote my brother's statements and ask him to take a photo and send it to a lawyer. once my brother took the pic they started abusing my brother and filed an Official Secret Act against him.

I heard they are corrupt but never thought of this level they will spoil the life of innocent just for some money. Please help me what should I do, my brother is job less from 2020 and they took loan to construct the shop and this happened. Please help

A.Dear Sir,

Please ask your brother to go to High Court seeking quashing of First Information Report. Your brother must deny having taken any such photos and allege that police snatched your brother mobile and taken such photos and falsely registered such case. Please hire an advocate having good reputation otherwise such practice by the police may encourage them to threaten each and every citizen of India.

Your brother can contact a local advocate who had knowledge regarding the subject and the prevailing law in your state .
