My cusin was came from mumbai to meet her gf she is 17 yr old and girl forse him to ran away mumbai so they ran after 10 days my uncle cought them and handover girl to her natives after 1 month mumbai police arrested boy and charged serious charge of pocso so what should we do and what about other supporters who helped him to stay at 7 days

A.Check the date of birth of that girl, get the details of FIR and see the documents produced by the Police and give to a expert criminal advocate. Anticipatory bail is only before the arrest.

A.get regular bail from the concerned court. Need to review the FIR whether it could be quashed by the High Court. If not wait for the FR/CS to be filed by IO.

A.In the present scenario, first you should try to secure bail from the concerned Court. For that, you have to file a regular bail petition before the concerned Court. Following the bail, you will have an opportunity to prove your innocence at the stage of trial or you may go for quashing of FIR after submission of charge-sheet by the police.

A.pls provide the details of the FIR. Offenses under pocso are non bailable. Can give best solution only after going through the contents of the FIR

A.Your cousin made a serious error in taking a girl below 18 with him, and Law will not believe that the girl forced him to take her away to Mumbai. If he also is underaged you can get him out.
