Recovery agent -harassed by Fullerton India recovery agent

I have been harassed by Fullerton India recovery agent, and I am receiving the calls at 11:00 pm in the night also.....just for a day's delay and they have also....last time come home and harrassed rang the bell continuously and did not go till evening after telling that I have 3aged people and today they are harassing calling me till now....

First of all if you have taken loan then you have to find ways to repay the loan and close it. Secondly if they are harassing in manner which is not ok then you can lodge a police complaint against them.
