Income sharing Agreement Fraud

i have signed a ISA for getting a job of minimum 6 CTC then i am eligible to pay them 10% of every month salary.but they provided me a company which gave internship of 12k for first 7 months then converted me in october as full time employee saying i am not eligible for bonus this year as i have joined after september and ISA is valid from 12 april 2021 to 12th april 2022 and my base is 5.14 LPA and bonus is 86K and medical insurance is 32K without bonus how my ctc can be 6 lpa but company saying they will give bonus in next financial year and agency is demanding money. do i have a valid point or i am guilty?

You must go through the agreement and read the terms and conditions and if it is mentioned in the agreement then you may have to pay the said amount, if not then you can raise a complaint regarding this.
