I said to my landlord that I will vacate his flat and was serving notice so can I say no and extend my agreement. He has taken token money from someone but I asked him that I have no place to go let me continue my stay ?

A.Dear Sir,
If your landlord and the prospective agrees for your proposal then you can continue as a tenant. Better contact that prospective tenant and convince him.

A.Dear Client,
it totally depends on the description of the owner. When you yourself said you will vacate that flat and serve notice, it is up to the landlord to let you be in that flat.

A.Dear Client
How can a lawyer answer this question? Certainly you can say that to him but why should he agree for that when you are serving the notice period and he has already taken money from the next tenant. You ask him, if he allows then fine.
