Complain against me to NHRPC

Can anyone go ahead and complain against me without me knowing the reason and what action NHRPC will do. I have got a complain message from NHRPC that a lady has lodge complaint against me to NHRPC but I don’t know the reason

If NHRPC stands for National Human Rights Protection Council Forum then do understand that it is not a government body and henceforth it should have any legal authority to penalize you on their own.
They must send you some notice or show cause and then you can approach a lawyer to seek help on this.

Ladies are more powerful and these NHRPC Authorities may believe the contents of such complaints. You must be very careful and if possible get anticipatory bail as may be advised by your Advocates.

Ask then to provide reason for that complaint as you have all rights to know about the reason for the complaint against you. if the reason is false, then file a case for false allegation against that lady. without telling you the reason, they can not take any action against you.
