Missing -brother worked for Indian navy

My brother worked for indian navy since 2014 but from last 3 years he was missing we complaint in the police station but police dont cooperates us they said we know where he is also indian navy don't reply any letter we wrote to them they only said he is deserted, he was missing after a day he was joined after leave

It is a bounden duty of employer to find out whereabouts of its employee. It seems the employer is bluffing. You may approach High Court or Service Tribunal to get justice and also get terminal benefits if your brother cannot be traced out.
