I'm an UPSC aspirant in Delhi residing in a PG(paying Guest). There was a theft of my mobile phone, but the cameras were not working, they didn't record a thing. I filed FIR regarding the theft. When asked the management for compensation, the have their smart replies. " I myself am a lawyer, i drafted the terms and conditions on which you have signed and it mentioned nothing about the providing of security cameras service and you are responsible for your belongings". Actually my mobile was stolen from my room. I need to sue the hotel now and require some legal help. Is it possible. If yes, is contact you for sure

A.Facts not clear. At one time you said that you are residing as PG thereafter you concluded that you want to sue the hotel. You statement are contradicting. Come on paid consultation.

But the T&C or Agreement says "You are responsible for your belongings" but providing security camera assistance is part of their service through which i could have traced out the thief who ever it may be. Their cameraa were not functional. Which made the act clue less.
