I am Anil my father got Second Wife we are punched her
So They both filed case sec IPC 448,506,323/34 Against 7persons
And after 2years we got Summons. I checked e court service App there we are absent for 15 Summons. 16th summons only we received actually.
So what should I do how can I come out this case
Is there any Remand for those absent
Can I file counter case against same complaint

A.First get bail from the Court which issued the summon. Alternatively you can approach high court or session court for Anticipatory Bail. Thereafter enter your defence and contest the case. If required file a discharge petition after getting the bail. Contact Vidhikarya for allotting an advocate.

A.talk to a legal professional and immediately file anticipatory bail or go to HC and get direction.

It is only a summons nothing to worry. Just get bail and then file discharge application.

A.U are accused in a criminal case. So only remedy left with you is to defend ur with the help of lawyer. So please engage a good criminal lawyer to defend ur case. If you have any complain u may file a cross case but for this also u have hire the services of good advocate.

A.First contact a professional Lawyer from the panel to take up cases of all the accused and protect your interest on all aspects of the criminal case, If you fail to defend then law will take its own cource.

A.First of you should file an application for anticipatory bail in the district court through a competent lawyer and after that contest the case.If any offence has been committed by your parents then you can also file a criminal complaint case against them.
