Complaint regarding land Encroachment and Harassment .

I have been living here with my husband from 18 years .On 02-05-2022 my husband died. My son's wife Anita and her two children Sagar and Sahil used to live in our palace ancestral house from starting.According to



She filed a case against my husband so my husband created a will that there is no legal right on this property of Bijender,anita and their children (sagar and sahil )and after this they kicked us out of the house 18 years ago. After that my husband and me came to Narela and started living. Now after the death of my husband, Anita and her children started living forcefully in Narela's property and they started beating and abusing me . Broke the lock of my house and some furniture also . And keep threatening me to leave the house. Anita and her children continue to threaten to sprinkle oil. They kicked me out of the house on 8-Jun-2022.

After that I called on 100 helpline number .police came and after that police put me inside the house .after that she again tourcher me . it all makes me want to get out of the house now , keep threatening to kill me .After 2 or 3 days all are broke the lock of the house and again I called on 100 number many times but narela police is unable to get them out of the house .All are going to take possession on my house which my husband and I bought .I want that they all are never bother me and never in my house .I request you to please help me and get them out of my house and save me from their tourcher .
