i had been falsely charged criminal charges 420/34 in police fir. for giving reference of one party in business. already applies for bail but since last 15 days case is running. for first 10 days poloce did not submited reply/say for 3 dates in court. after that they strongly urged for not granting bail in their say just because they visited my home and i was not available for interogate. and before getting bail my advocate suggested not to present in front of police as they can take into custody. kindly assist the correct procedure. indont understand why the judge even not granting anticipatory bail also for such long time.

A.Dear Client
Apply for regular bail in the court by surrendering yourself and let the defense advocate convey to the court that you do not have any past history and you are falsely implicated in the case.

A.Dear Client,
offence under section 434 is bailable but under 420, offence is non bailable. but you can be granted bail if there are no reasonable grounds for believing that the accused has committed a non- bailable offence.
