My neighbour is just trying to destroy my property.He has given a open pipe to the wall of my boundary from his roof and made a drain beside my wall.We have told him many time but of no use.please help

There is a beautiful piece of law which is called 'law of torts" which are meant for these kind of scenarios where you do not know how to approach legally over a issue for which there is no direct law. You are suggested to meet any good civil lawyer and discuss the matter with him and then file a case under the law of torts.

A.Dear Client,
since he is not responding even if your are telling him to stop, complaint this issue to the president or head of the society or area. if he does not stop, then file a complaint against him to the police.
