Illegal possession of sale deed with forged pro note Illegal possession of sale deed with forged pro note

Hi Sir/ Madam,
My father extended a loan to his friend (Person A) 6-7 years back and last year A registered a property for that loan to my father. But during the registration A prepared a sale deed with the help of a document writer who is very close to him. Document writer, while uploading the document in the registration portal, mentioned his wife name as a document return person and my father being an illiterate was not aware of this. So post registration, the document was taken from sub registrar office by the document writer's wife and they have given the document to a person who is a friend of Person A again (which is also mentioned in the document writer's register).
My father after knowing this asked for his documents to person A but he demanded more money to give it back which he kept on increased when months passed saying the value of theproperty is more now than time when it was registered. (Now my father is the sole owner of the property)
We gave a complaint to the Sub registrar saying our document was illegally taken out by the document writer and without our permission, it was given to his friend and now its in the hands of wrong person. After knowing this via document writer, Person A and his other friend (Person B) sent a legal notice for money suit saying my father had bought a money from them giving them a pro note each for buying that property.
And person B claims that my father had given the original sale document to him since my father couldnt return the amount bought and gave the document as pledge. and now both A and B had filed a money suit against my father.
But actually my father didnt borrow any money from A and also from B (who is a complete stranger). we got the Pro note True copy from court and compared it with my My father's signature with the one in the property document and the result from Private forensic lab came as 'Not Similar' and we came to know that the Pro notes are forged.
No action was taken by Sub registrar on our complaint againt the document writer and no action taken by District registrar and DIG - registration as well and they are completely in favour of the document writer.
We gave complaints to police stations,SP and crime branch but they said that civil case is in the court so we cant take any actions. Now our property document is with person B who is not giving it to us .
Please give me some suggestions to get back our original document. Can someone keep others property document without MODT registered and also guide us on the case.
