Landlord and Caretaker having Aggremment where they agreed to rent or lease out the property through care taker, but owner will get monthly rental.
Tenant ( myself) have paid bulk lease amount to care taker for 2 years period. 1 year gone with monthly rental paid by care taker to owner.
Suddenly, caretaker stopped paying rental to owner and ran away with my lease amount..
Now owner forcing me to vacate without my lease amount... Raised petition with DC office...
heavy owner side pressure with threatening water and EB disconnection.
A.Dear Sir,
You can file suit of permanent injunction and restrain the owner from evicting you from the house without court orders. DC has no powers on tenanted properties in Karnataka.
