Ticket refund - flight ticket on a website

I’ve booked a flight ticket on a website , they cancelled it due to some technical reasons
And they’re not giving me refund
It’s been already 7 months
No replies on mail and customer care
A.Dear client I am sorry to hear that. In this situation you can try calling customer care again and again. However, in case they still does not respond you can register a complaint to your district consumer court.
