Service center failed to repair the phone

I submitted my phone(google pixel 7) at a google authorized service provider on 02/04. The service center apparently entered the wrong model number and as a result the manufacturer did not repair the device and returned it back to the service center. When I spoke to the manufacturer about the wasted time they are not ready to take responsibility. What can I do in this situation. Can I file a complaint for compensation or just resubmit it for repair and pay the repair charges. This is a service center authorized by the manufacturer.
