i have married for 3 months. marrage is not consumated as the girl is having impotency or dyspernia as described by doctor and doctor has given letter evidencing non comsumation of marrige. i want divorce.what is the way i get divorce at earliest also the girl is mentally depressed and i didnt knw before marraige as it was arranged marrage. but i did not have proof of her mental condition. they also concelaed the fact that she had body marks in her groin area till abdomen which are very ugly. i made all marrage expenses and i feel stuck in this dead relationship.

A.In this case you can file a petition under section 12 of hindu marriage act to declare the marriage as null and void on the ground of fraud, as they did not disclose the true facts which are very much essential for marriage, please see the petition has to be filed within one year when you came to know about the fraud.
