Can a mother be sole custodian for her child from 1st marriage, even after 2nd marriage? And, can her caste be considered as caste for the child?
A.Dear client, the answer to your question is yes. According to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India a woman cannot be denied custody of her child on the ground of remarriage.
