Neighbor unnecessarily using my Home address for his posts, home delivery items & Aadhar card

Hi...one of my Ex. Tenant who currently stay in a house next to me. He has vacate my house 1 year back, but still he is using my Home address for his correspondences, home delivery items & Aadhar card. I already spoke to him about this, but he is not ready to listen. The home delivery agents disturb me each time to ask his location/house which irritates me.
Also, he still has not updated his Aadhar card with his new house number, still it has my home address only. I am fearing that in future any issue can arise to me due to all this.
Please assist what legal action can be taken on this? Response awaited. Thanks.

If you know his present address then furnish the same to the concerned post office and courier office to redirect such letters to his present address and intimate your ex tenant to make such arrangements otherwise you may inform him that letter addressed to him will be rejected or thrown to dustbin.
