Son property named as mother property

My father has three shops the two shops were named under my mother's and another one shop is named under my fathers mother means grand mother she is died two years back if we want sold that property is any signature needed by my fathers sister and we don't have good relationship with our aunt and father also doesn't have good relationship with what we have to do for sale that without her interference
A.Dear client, the answer is no. ancestral property be cannot be sold without consent of successors in case of major and in in case of minority you might have to take permission from the court.

A.You can sell your right of share inherited in that property to any buyer without the consent of any other successor and register the deed.

A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that but in this situation you cannot sell your property without the consent of you aunt. Ancestral property be cannot be sold without consent of successors in case of major and in in case of minority you might have to take permission from the court.

Manage the buyer to purchase the property without the signature of your father's sister. The law is as under:

15. General rules of succession in the case of female Hindus.—
(1) The property of a female Hindu dying intestate shall devolve according to the rules set out in section 16,—
(a) firstly, upon the sons and daughters (including the children of any pre-deceased son or daughter) and the husband;
(b) secondly, upon the heirs of the husband;
(c) thirdly, upon the mother and father;
(d) fourthly, upon the heirs of the father; and
(e) lastly, upon the heirs of the mother.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1),—
(a) any property inherited by a female Hindu from her father or mother shall devolve, in the absence of any son or daughter of the deceased (including the children of any pre-deceased son or daughter) not upon the other heirs referred to in sub-section (1) in the order specified therein, but upon the heirs of the father; and
