Gift settlement Issue
A civil case on the family assets got disposed with final decree on September 2020. The case was filed against my father and his 2 brothers by their another own brother. Since case verdict was against our will, my father and his another brother filed separate appeal cases on Dec 2020 and Jan 2021.
Meanwhile the opponent (paternal uncle) in the month of october or november 2020, initiated gift settlement to his spouse on one of the property allocated to him on September 2020 final decree. After knowing this, my father filed an original suit on Feb 2021 and the case is in trial status.
As my father and my paternal uncles appealed against the september 2020 verdict and got afraid that gift settlement would further complicate or litigate the partition of properties. Does the court accepts and revert the gift settlement made by opponent based on original suit filed by my father on Feb 2021? Is it feasible and is there any verdict given in the past to revert such a gift settlement? If yes, may I have a reference of the case(s)?
