Appropriate Court for appeal Appropriate Court for appeal

We have a court case where a land has been allotted to Person A by Collector of district. This land was again allotted to Person B without cancelling the previous allotment. The case for land ran in district courts, revenue board of rajasthan and then high court of rajasthan. High court directed the collector to make a fresh assessment and allot the land to any one person. Case then ran into collector court and then it was decided in favor of Person A.

Person B now wants to appeal againt the decision of collector. Which court is the appropriate court for the same? Should this be high court or Sambhagiya Ayukt Court or revenue board?

A.In my humble suggestion, you should go to the High Court in order to make an appeal. High Court would be the appropriate place to approach.
