We are in car ,when there is a curve we and the opposite bike rider made the horn .so we met with an accident .it was a tribble bike riding minor accident.we joined all of them in hospital.but now they were acting and want to claim all the insurance amount.how we have to compromise

A.In my humble suggestion, since there were three people on the bike, so it would amount to contributory negligence. Therefore, they won't be able to get compensation.

A.Dear Sir,
They cannot get any insurance amount or any compensation from you since they violated the traffic rules by riding three persons on a single bike.
