My grandfather had four children one son three daughters. Eldest daughter (65), second son (63), three daughters (58) and fourth daughter (54). Grandfather has ancestral properties in villages. He also conducts the marriages of all the grandfather's children. Grandfather passed away in 2009. After death till now the daughters have not given share, he is enjoying the property. All the daughters have poor financial condition but have problem of money for health treatment. The daughter is asking for the entire share of the property.
A.Sir, the property will be shared equally amongst all the children equally under the Hindu succession act. Therefore you can mutually discuss it with the family and decide to lead forward with the case of partition of the property respectfully

A.The said property shall be inherited by the three daughters and one son of your grandfather in equal shares.... No one shall be discriminated by unequal distribution of the said property as per the Hindu Succession Act.
