Apt association ignores problem by delivery vendors

How to deal with apartment association putting a deaf ear to our repeated complaints about a delivery vendor (Big Basket Instant) entering our premises to refill their vending machine at odd hours and disturbing our sleep for the past few months?
A.Sir you have to write letter to the immediate secretary of the association of the society and if there is no reply or answer for the authority you can file a complaint with the housing board.
