Property deed - unregistered document

An unregistered document written 12years ago can be registered now..? What are the proceedings ?
A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, it can be written again and registered if all parties are willing to sign the necessary documents, but it cannot be registered at this time.

A.Dear Sir,
It cannot be registered now but it can be written again and if parties are ready to execute the required document then you can get it registered. Otherwise file a suit for declaration and establish your ownership and get a Civil Court Decree.
