Partition deed registered 16 years before without 1 legal heir

My grandfather died 40 years before, have 8 (4 sons and 4 daughter, all members are live now) legal hier. Grandfather have 24 acre land.
Partition Deed Executed without one (my mother) legal heir before 16 (year:2007). Only 7 members were executed partition Deed without my mother as 8th legal hier.
We know that this partition this year only, but they registered partition Deed 16 years before.
Please let me know, can my mother cancel partition deed or what are actions should take against other 7 members.

A.Sir since it's an ancestral property you mother has the right to claim her rights in the property and also can cancel the partition deed.
