Regarding PCC for nigeria

Me and my friends were added in the FIR for a fight IPC 147,148,149,294(b),324,506(2). 3 of my friends were arrested along with 3 of the opposition. Same sections were filed for them also. After that all of them got bail, now the fir status is final report and charge sheet prepared. The police need to file it in the court but its actually been over a year now I have got a Job offer from Nigeria for that I need PCC.
my question is the chargesheet have not filed yet if I apply for PCC will I get one or not or should I move the case forward for hearing because both the parties are ready to compromise.
I have only two months to process the visa and PCC
What should I do?
In ecourt services site the for shows has dismissed because we only got bail and the police need to file the chargesheet yet.

In my humble suggestion, PCC can be allotted to you as no charge sheet has been filed yet.
