Stalking by police officials and some unknown persons and also bugging of home by neighbours and whatsapp group.had written complaint to senior police officialls but not answered so far

You also have remedy in Indian Penal Code
1[354D. Stalking.--(1) Any man who--
(i) follows a woman and contacts, or attempts to contact such woman to foster personal interaction repeatedly despite a clear indication of disinterest by such woman; or
(ii) monitors the use by a woman of the internet, email or any other form of electronic communication, commits the offence of stalking:

You can further approach high court or supreme court for infringement of your right to privacy and right to life.
It is also the duty of a police officer to record your FIR so kindly do that.
