Regarding right to education
If a student talks suicidal and the college authorities are told the same dothey have the power to deny the student hostel or college provided the parents are ready to take entire responsibility for future??
A.Irrespective of the fact that the parents are ready to take the entire responsibility of that student for the future but still the college and hostel authority has the right to ask the said student to bring a mentally fitness certificate from a competent psychiatrist otherwise in future for the wrongful act of that student only the whole college and the hostel authority may suffer from several harassment and reputation loss.

This is tricky situation and no authorities (college or hostel) once know that the person has suicidal tendency will be happy to allow the person to stay in its campus. You need to seek proper guidance from a psychologist and probably a certificate from him/her would help you out to resolve the issue.

Kindly look through the rules of the university hostel. If they mention about not giving housing to suicidal students then there is not much remedy. Right to education does not include hostels.
