a chit fund company issued cheque it was bounced. chit fund company is in one P.S jurisdiction and the bank of the person is situated in another jurisdiction! then what is the jurisdiction to file a case under section 420 ipc? chit fund company jurisdiction or complainant bank jurisdiction? need suggestion and citation!

A.Dear client,
A complaint for the dishonor of cheque under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act can be filed in the court situated at a place where the bank of the payee is situated.

A.Dear Client
If you wan to file a case of cheque bounce under Section 138 then you can file the case where the cheque has bounced that is where the bank is located. For IPC 420 you can file the police complaint either in your place of residence or the place of the chitfund company.
