I am currently working in a central government job and applied for another job in an autonomous body online and provide correct details about my current employment but didn't send hard copies through proper channel initially after filling online application but informed my current employer and got permission for appearing in exam and also got NOC. Now at the time of document verification my current employer send hard copies of my online application through proper channel and i have NOC but now my new employer not accepting my NOC and saying that you do not applied through proper channel. In this scenario who is right and who is wrong please tell me and what else i can do.

A.Dear client,
I am unable to comprehend the words proper and improper channel here. If you have used any illegal means, it will definitely not be considered. But, now that the central government (your current employer) has sent the NOC through the proper channel, it wouldn't be a problem. But if the time has been barred, they might not consider it.
