Property Bought by us was done podi without seeking our permission

Hello sir , Here my dad's property was bought on 2013 before that same property had been sold to that person on 2003 but he had not registered and but my dad had registered the property without knowing about it , now in 2022 That man has done podi our property without seeking our permission and he's asking that "this property is ours , we have bought before you and it belongs to us" and the Village Panchayat also decided to give our property to them itself what's the right decision in this sir,? Please help!

Also, contact that person who sold the land to you and ask him what is happening. Because nobody can just come and claim your property like that.
